  • Your country (if given)
  • The type of enquirer you select (investor, government/NGO, client, or supplier)

We do not use cookies to track you, and the site does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and route it to the relevant business within the group. Our lawful bases under UK GDPR are:

  • Legitimate interests — to receive and respond to a business enquiry you have chosen to send us. We have weighed this against your rights and consider it a reasonable use you would expect.
  • Consent — where you tick the consent box confirming we may contact you about your enquiry. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

Who processes and receives it

The form is submitted through Web3Forms, which acts as our processor to deliver your message to us. Your submission is transmitted to the group email inbox (hello@NitamurAdCaelum.co.uk) and may be shared internally with the subsidiary your enquiry concerns so it can be answered. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

International transfers

The group operates in England, South Africa, Zimbabwe and Malawi, and our processor may store or process data outside the UK. Where your data is transferred outside the UK, we will ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place (such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement).

[[ international transfers — confirm ]] Confirm exactly which transfers occur and the safeguard relied on.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, after which it is deleted.

[[ retention period — confirm ]] Set and state a specific retention period.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected (rectification)
  • Have your data erased
  • Restrict how we process your data
  • Object to our processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on it

To exercise any of these, email hello@NitamurAdCaelum.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data.
